Day 36...We went to the zoo...

...where I walked through the Madagascar enclosure with the lemurs. They were walking along the low fences along the pathway and sitting on the grass eating.
I took my camera off it's tripod to take some shots and one got curious about the tripod and came to investigate!!

Day 34 finds me in Cirencester where...

...I was still looking for a HDR image on the subject of war.
I really wanted to take pictures of the inside of the old Hospital air raid shelter, but it isn't open again for a few months.
While I am there I visit the park to watch the ducks and swans on the lake.

I did find an image for the HDR challenge of The Memorial Building which was built for the dead of the First World War.
It is now used as a mental health hospital.

Day 33...Choo Choo...

This is taken from the bridge that goes over Cricklade Station where they restore steam trains which run on some weekends and Bank holidays.
It was in the evening as it was getting dark which is why it is a bit gloomy.

HDR +/-2.

Day 32...Sun setting behind the Goddess Tree...

...was a huge orange ball of fire.  I love this big oak tree that grows in the field behind our house.
Often you can see Little Owls sitting in it screeching to each other.

Day 30 had me wandering around...

Day 28...I was still looking for lines...

...when I thought about the Town Hall built at the end of the 17th Century in Wootton Bassett.
Again this is a HDR image.

Day 27 is a wonderful motobike...

...which was parked outside a pub as I was driving around looking for something I could capture with Lines for a hdr challenge.
As I was taking some pictures a man came out of the pub and told me it was his wife's bike.
He gave me his email address and I sent him a few of the images I created.

Day 26 I found some wonderful bark...

...and the only way to do it justice was using hdr.

Day 25 is monotone...

My roses were stubbornly coming out with an orange cast, so they got converted into monotone!!

Day 24 is back to macro...

I took a picture of the centre of a primula flower with my wonderful lens.

Day 23 was my husband's birthday...

...so we went out for lunch to a lovely restaurant not too far from us.

Here is my dessert...absolutely gorgeous. It was a duo of Crème brûlée with peach ice cream.

Here's a hdr of the table next to us in the restaurant.

Day 22...wow so far behind with processing.

I've been keeping up with taking photos, but got behind with processing.
HDR takes a while to process and I have done quite a lot recently...some of which will come up in the next few posts.

Day 22 was another macro, this time of the cabbage I was slicing for supper.
The pattern of the leaves when I cut it in half was rather nice.
