Day 60...we arrive in the mountains...

Day 59...we arrive in France...
...very early!! I drive for the first hour and moan about missing all the gorgeous mist shots.

Day 58 is the start of our holiday...
...to the French Alps. We travel down to Portsmouth to catch a ferry and travel overnight to Caen.
I took a few pictures through the window in our cabin, but the window was very dirty.

...to visit my father in law who is now out of hospital. I went for a walk in his road and the next one to take pictures of the magnolias and blossom.

Day 53 are graffiti...
...images from an underpass in Cirencester. They were mostly painted by the local high school as a project, with some later work by someone else.

Day 52...was a gorgeous dog...
...called Henry who was sat outside the supermarket waiting for his owners.
He was a HUGE Newfoundland dog who was very patient and put up with being stroked by lots of people who fell in love with him (including us).
The light was awful as it was in the doorway of the shop.

Day 51...an unwelcome visitor...
...to my garden. A sparrow hawk was sat in the trees watching the bird feeders waiting for a meal of its own!!
They tend to scare the small birds away for a while when they've been around.
